Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order.
We take payment via Paypal. (PayPal is the secure, free, easy way to buy online. For more information visit www.paypal.co.uk)
Shipping + Handling
Shipping is included in all prices to UK destinations for orders under £20 we charge £1.99. £20 to £50 we charge £2.99 and orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order the next business day via first class postage. International orders should contact us direct for a shipping quote.
Item Out of Stock
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a minimum of one year's manufacturers' guarantee.
Damaged Items
If your item is received in a damaged condition email info@ukfirewalk.com and we will supply you with the address for the items to be returned to. Once these damaged items have been received, we arrange to either send you a replacement or to refund your account up to the value of the damaged goods returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be less the cost of postage and packing (If this has been subsidised the actual cost of postage will be deducted from refund). We also do not refund the cost of return postage charges.
